What Happens at a How Weather Works Classroom Visit?

Kevin, Cindy and A.J. each visit grade 3-6 classrooms during the school year with a meteorology FUN-damentals discussion, cool weather demonstrations, and a ‘forecast preparation’ video. Students are encouraged to explore ‘How Weather Works’ in a Q & A session following the weather talk. The presentation lasts about 45 minutes and is designed to demonstrate the basics of meteorology and inspire the fun of science.

How Can I Schedule a Classroom Visit?
'How Weather Works' school visits are booked for the remainder of the year. Please check back in September 2008 to request a weather visit for the 2008-2009 school year.
